1. General Policy

At Stade De Matyrs, we strive to provide high-quality products. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of perishable goods:

• We do NOT accept returns on perishable items

• We do NOT offer refunds on perishable goods

All sales of perishable products are final.

3. Non-Perishable Goods

We accept returns on non-perishable goods under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery

• The product must be in its original condition and packaging

• The product must not be used, damaged, or altered

4. Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

• We do NOT offer cash refunds

• Approved returns will be eligible for exchange only

• Customers can exchange the returned item for another product of equal value

5. Return Approval Process

Before returning any product, customers must:

1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp

2. Provide a clear video showing the issue/problem

3. Wait for official approval from our team

⚠️ No returns will be accepted without prior approval

6. Return Shipping Process

• All returns must be sent using Aramex

• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product

• The product must be sent to the address provided by our team

7. Exchange Delivery

• Once the returned product is received and approved,

• Stade De Matyrs will cover the cost of delivering the exchanged product back to the customer

8. Important Time Condition

• The returned product must reach our shop within 3 days of delivery

• Late returns will not be accepted

9. Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must:

• Be in their original state

• Include all original packaging

• Not be damaged, used, or tampered with

Failure to meet these conditions will result in rejection of the return.
