Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer

For perishable goods:
Customers must ensure they are available to receive the delivery promptly

7. Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these Terms.
No returns or refunds on perishable goods
Non-perishable goods may be returned within 3 days (subject to approval)
No cash refunds — exchanges only
Customers must follow the return approval process before sending any item
8. Return Shipping
Returns must be sent using Aramex
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We will cover the cost of delivering the exchanged item back to the customer
